HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21108 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering the crime against the associates of the 5th respondent basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.06.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the respondents have not received any complaint from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make fresh complaint.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh complaint before the respondents and on such complaint being made, the competent authority is directed to take appropriate action on the said complaint, in terms of the Judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
