The petitioner filed appeal against the order, dated 19-02-2016, in Roc.No.383-1/2015(A)-8 passed by the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar before the 2nd respondent along with stay petition. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since no orders are passed in the stay petition by the 2nd respondent, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. Till disposal of the appeal, there shall be stay of operation of order dated 19-02-2016 passed by the 3rd respondent. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
