This revision is directed against the order dated 09.09.2011 in I.A.No.862 of 2009 in O.S.No.4490 of 2009 on the file of the II Additional Rent Controller cum XIV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submitted that O.S.No.4490 of 2009, from which the order impuged is passed, has been disposed of and consequently, the revision petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
