CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.No.23068 OF 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the nonimplementation of order dated 27.01.2016 in O.A.No.5701 of 2003 on the file of the Andra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Sri S. Jagadish, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed a letter dated 03.08.2017 to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has informed that as the third respondent passed order dated 03.07.2017 continuing the petitioner, he is instructed to withdraw the writ petition. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, WPMP.No.28428 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
