It arises out of the docket order dated.23-09-2015 passed in O.S.No.276 of 2011 on the file of the court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati. A perusal of the case status report of the said court shows that on 30-12-2015 itself the suit was disposed of. Therefore, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
