When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, they submitted representations on 23.03.2018 to the respondent-authorities, but no action has been taken so far on the said representations. Eventually, a request is made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners to direct the respondent-authorities to verify the said representations and take appropriation action in the matter.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representations are pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, as per law.
Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent-authorities to verify the representations, dated 23.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
