ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in P.R.C No.01 of 2014 on the file of VI Additional Munsiff Magistrate, Guntur, Guntur District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. As seen from the complaint, the offences alleged are attracted against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2. Therefore, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid P.R.C.
