THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.731 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 12.01.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.1459 of 2010 in C.C.No.335 of 2006 on the file of the II Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Kovvur, West Godavari District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision case. Permission is accorded. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the presence of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the trial Court on each and every date of adjournment.

There is no dispute with regard to the identity of the petitioners. Therefore, presence of the petitioners-A2 and A3 in C.C.No.335 of 2006 on the file of the II Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Kovvur, West Godavari District, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, they shall appear before the trial Court as and when their presence is so required.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
