THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26824 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasam Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 29.04.2017, to respondent Nos.2 and 3 but no action has been taken so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the said representation, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, would be verified and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 29.04.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
