HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5278 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.185 of 2013 on the file of XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Mechal, registered for the offences under Sections 378, 403, 406, 418 and 420 of IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the case status of the lower court and submitted that the case has been disposed of on 03.01.2018 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.185 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
