Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Endowments and Home appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5 respectively and Smt.K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments, appearing for the third respondent. Despite service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the fourth respondent. The inaction, on the part of the first respondent, in considering the complaint/representation, dated 10.05.2018, submitted by the petitioner herein, is the only grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition.

Having heard the learned counsel on either side, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the first respondent to verify the representation, dated 10.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
