( Per Hon'ble Sri Justice A. SHANKAR NARAYANA) It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for appeals appearing for the appellant and learned Counsel appearing for the respondents-claimants that the question

which falls for consideration in these appeals is squarely covered by the common judgment rendered by us today, i.e. 28.04.2016 in LAAS.No.623 of 2011 and batch, wherein the market value at Rs.1,50,000/- per acre for dry lands irrigated through rain-fed crops, at Rs.1,91,000/- per acre for the lands irrigated through the water drawn from the neighbours and also the lands cultivated with bugganala and bore-wells and at Rs.2,73,000/- per acre for the lands which are having mining potentiality is fixed, by reducing the market value fixed by the reference Court at Rs.3,70,000/- and Rs.3,78,880/- respectively.

In view of the aforesaid submission, these appeals are partly allowed following the judgment rendered in LAAS.No. 623 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28.04.2016 and for the reasons stated therein. There shall be no order as to costs. The common judgment in LAAS.No.623 of 2011 and batch, dated 28.04.2016 shall form part of the record herein. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the LAAS shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
