KBS & Associates, Chartered Accountants of the company in liquidation. Perused the Auditors' Reports with the assistance of Sri J.Srinadh Reddy, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. The prayer is accepted. The half-yearly accounts and the auditors' reports are taken on file.
