This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the interim orders dated 23.07.2007 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.19645 of 2007 in W.P.No.4501 of 2004 are not complied. 2.

In the counter affidavit deposed by Sri Y. Vijaya Kumar Reddy working as Depot Manager, it is stated in paragraph No.5 that the orders passed by the Court are fully complied and the 1st petitioner's family was paid the amounts mentioned therein. It is also stated that the 1st petitioner died on 24.01.2008. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation informs the Court that the Writ Petition itself was finally disposed of on 26.11.2018.
