This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the Respondent Nos.4 to 8 in calling the petitioner to the Police Station and forcing him to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.312 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Anantapuram, pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, as illegal, arbitrary and incorrect, and consequently to direct the Respondents-Police not to call the petitioner to the 4th respondent police station. 2.

On instructions, the learned Government Pleader for Home submits that after passing of the interim order dated 16.07.2014, the petitioner again interfered with the property, which is in possession of the unofficial respondents and caused damage to the same. She further submits that the Respondents-Police never interfered with the civil disputes pending between the parties and never summoned the petitioner to the police station. 3.

Admittedly, a civil dispute in O.S.No.312 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Anantapuram is pending between the parties for partition of lands in Sy.Nos.75/ 1, 76/ 1, 136, 137 and other properties situated at Basapuram village, Kundurthi Mandal, Anantapur district.

Having regard to the above and in view of the statement made by the Government Pleader for Home, across the Bar, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the official respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the parties. If the petitioner is interfering with the property of unofficial respondents, the official respondents shall take steps, on the basis of the report, if any, lodged by the unofficial respondents, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed accordingly.
