Mr.Godey Satish, keeping in mind the subsequent developments in respect of the subject matter of this writ petition, does not press the prayer for the present and request to pursue remedies available in law. The Assistant Government Pleader and Smt.K.Sesharajyam appearing for respondent No.8 do not object to the request.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
