ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. questioning the summons issued by the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy in C.C.No.796 of 2013 despite the order dated 02.03.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.14111 of 2013 dispensing with the appearance of the petitioner until further orders. The main grievance of the petitioner is that when this Court dispensed with the appearance of the petitioner, the Magistrate is not supposed to issue summons to appear before the Court and issuance of summons would lead to serious consequences. However, it is the duty of the petitioner to answer the charges by appearing and dispensing with the appearance does not mean that she is not required to appear at all until further orders. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court whenever her presence is required and during her examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C. or on any other dates as directed by the Court.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
