ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioners, states that on account of the consequential order passed after filing of the writ petition and aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed W.P.No.16956 of 2014 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition to pursue W.P.No.16956 of 2014.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
