This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent in investigating into FIR.No.235 of 2017, which was registered on 25-08-2017 basing on the complaint made by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that after examining (11) witnesses, recorded their statements and the investigating officer addressed a letter to the Tahsildar, Bethemcherla Mandal and sought for certain information for the purpose of investigation, which was received on 10-04-2018 and the same was examined during the investigation. It is further stated that after completion of investigation closed the case as 'False' as per orders of the SubDivisional Officer, Dhone, dated 11-07-2018. After sending notice to the petitioner through registered post on 16-07-2018, final report is filed on 16-07-2018 before the concerned Court. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedies available to him under law.
