Being aggrieved by the inaction of the fourth respondent in registering a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 23.09.2019, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 12.11.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, submits the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 23.09.2019, before the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Commissionerate, which, in turn, was forwarded to the fourth respondent herein. On receipt of such complaint, the fourth respondent herein registered a case in Crime No.443 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 44 and 427 IPC on the file of Shamirpet Police Station, on 05.11.2019, and took up the investigation in the matter. 4.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader based on the written instructions, the grievance of the petitioner, as to registration of FIR, stands redressed and therefore, no orders are required to be passed in this matter. 5.
