Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant who is present in the Court, does not press this appeal and seeks liberty to the appellant to approach the Secretary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India by way of representation for appropriate relief.

Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. It is made clear that if the appellant makes a representation, as aforementioned, the concerned authority may consider the same on merits, in accordance with law.
