This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th respondent in not registering FIR against the 6th respondent in pursuance to the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 14.07.2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.367/2018 under Sections 420, 406, 506, r/w.34 IPC, dated 24.06.2018 on the file Chaitanyapuri Police Station and investigation is taken up.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
