HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.22314 OF 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in deducting the crop insurance premium from the crop loans to be disbursed to the members of the petitioners' societies as illegal and arbitrary.

Inasmuch as the writ petition relates to rebate that is sought to be deducted for the crop in the year 2011 and considering the fact that pending disposal of the writ petition this Court by an order dated 08.08.2011 directed the respondents not to deduct the crop insurance premium from the crop loans released and to be released to the petitioners, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand closed. ____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dated: 05.11.2015 Ssv
