HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.21037 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-police are harassing the petitioner and his son namely Shaik Gulzar Mohammed @ Munna and seeks direction to the 2nd respondent to change the investigating officer in Cr.No.145 of 2018 of Kothapeta Police station.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that respondent-police never harassed the petitioner and his nor detained his son from 25-05-2018.m The allegation that respondent-police are demanding bribe from the petitioner and his family members is denied. The petitioner and his son being A4 and A-2 in above crime made false allegations against the respondent-police. The son of the petitioner, who is A-2 and other accused i.e. A-1 and A-3 in the above crime were arrested on 13-06-2018 and sent them for judicial remand along with remand report on 14-06-2018 and thereupon, the IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur having satisfied with the reasons of arrest against A-1 to A-3 remanded them to judicial custody.

No case is made out before this Court for change of Investigating Officer. In view of the same, prayer of the petitioner for change of Investigating Officer cannot be acceded to. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
