THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24213 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in refusing to give permission in Lr.No. 3/C21/15399/2019, dated 22.10.2019 for proposals for construction of building on plot No. 3 in Survey Nos. 44/5, Maqta Mahaboobpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. It is submitted across the Bar by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 22.03.2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8697 of 2013.

Therefore, following the above-said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. Further, the respondent - Corporation is directed to receive and consider the petitioner's application for grant of building construction permission without insisting on production of 'No objection Certificate' from the revenue department. It is, however, made clear that the petitioner shall comply with all other requirements prescribed in law. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
