This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in insisting the petitioners for onobjection certificate for registration of the house plots in Sy.No. 311/1A.1A an extent of 314, 140 sq. yards respectively situated in Kallur Limits, even though 2nd respondent is well aware of the fact that by virtue of the registered exchange deed vide document No. 2178/1964 dt.10-9-1964 with the permission of the wakf board the land covering the petitioners plots does not belongs wakf board and further action of the 1st respondent in not issuing the no-objection certificate inspite of number of representation and legal notice issued by the petitioners dt. 14-2-2009 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue no objection certificate to the petitioners forthwith a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to register the aforesaid plots of the petitioners."

At the hearing, it is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioners that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 10-09-2009, no further orders are necessary.

ARLR, J WP.No.17897 of 2009 Dt: 27.07.2017 Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.23467 of 2009, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of.
