THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.292 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed against judgment, dated 25.09.2013, in C.M.A.No.94 of 2012 on the file of learned II Additional District Judge, Warangal, by which, order, dated 06.08.2012, in I.A.No.204 of 2012 in O.S.No.223 of 2012 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, was set aside and ad interim injunction was granted. No stay has been granted by this Court.

The learned counsel for both the parties are present. Both the learned counsel submit that passing of orders in the injunction petition at this stage is not really needed as the suit is of the year 2012 and the trial in the suit has commenced. They further submit that their clients would be satisfied if the suit is directed to be disposed of at the earliest and that the parties will cooperate with the trial of the suit.

Therefore, the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.223 of 2012

DVSS,J C.R.P.No.292 of 2014 10.12.2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the C.R.P., miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending for consideration shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
