CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP.No.29301 of 2017 Dated:04.9.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"... to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not implementing the final orders of the Hon'ble Tribunal in O.A.No.2941 of 2015, dated 06-07-2015, in its letter and spirit even after confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court thrice and fort payment of Minimum Wages from time to time with arrears to cause financial loss and harm to the petitioners by partially implementing final orders as highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional against the principles of natural justice , equity and fair play and prays to direct the respondents herein to pay the arrears of minimum daily wages notified by the District Collector, Karimnagar, from time to time as per Minimum Wages Act, 1948 from the date of initial appointment of the petitioners till to date and award exorbitant costs against respondents for repeatedly driving the petitioners to the Courts for justice."
At the hearing, Mr. Gurram Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
