THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.20256 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2, in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's land i.e., land admeasuring Ac.5.00 gts. in Sy.No.12/P, situated at Jawaharnagar Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (now Medchal District), as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to settled principles of law, and consequently direct the respondent No.2 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's land i.e., land admeasuring Ac.5.00 gts. in Sy.No.12/P, situated at Jawaharnagar Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (now Medchal District), as they have no right over the subject lands."

The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 is interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the aforesaid land of the petitioner without having any title or interest over the said land.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.2 is directed not to interfere with the aforesaid land of the petitioner without following the due process of law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
