This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the judgment dated 16.09.2015 in W.P.No.34361 of 2011 by the respondents.

Sri J. Sudheer, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondents have fully complied with the aforementioned judgment by reinstating the petitioner and also paying the arrears of salary vide Memo No.2059/WCFC/A2(L)/2011, dated 28.07.2016 of the In-charge Managing Director of the A.P Women's Co-operative Finance Corporation.
