THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.27384 of 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging inaction of the respondent authorities in considering the complaints submitted by the petitioners on 25.07.2008, 31.07.2008 and 01.12.2008 against the fifth respondent, who was the fair price shop dealer of Perugugudem Village, Denduluru Mandal, West Godavari District.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent produced before this Court a copy of proceedings, dated 02.12.2008 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Eluru, and submitted that the complaints against the fifth respondent were enquired into and for certain violations, she was temporarily kept under suspension and thereafter, the suspension itself came to be revoked by imposing penalty of Rs.1,000/-. The copy of said proceedings is placed on record. As the complaints of the petitioners were in fact entertained and enquired into, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
