HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.233 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.S.No.155 of 2013 from the file of Principal District Judge, Nalgonda, and transfer the same to Additional District Judge, Miryalguda, Nalgonda District.

2. Other side reported no objection.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of petition, O.S.No.155 of 2013 is withdrawn from Principal District Judge, Nalgonda, and transferred to Additional District Judge, Miryalguda, Nalgonda District, for disposal in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the transfer C.M.P. is ordered.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
