THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4597 OF 2009 ORDER:

The writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not regularizing the service of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment, i.e., 09.11.1999.

This Court, by order dated 05.03.2009, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.12.2008, and the learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that the said representation was considered and an order was passed.
