Heard Sri Dhananjay Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Municipal Corporation. 2.

The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of respondents 1 and 2 in granting building permission over plotted area admeasuring an extent of 2166 square yards in Plot No.61 forming part of Sy.No.7, Ward No.11, Block No.13, situated at Saroornagar Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up, it is stated by learned Standing Counsel that in order to ascertain the nature of property, the Municipal Corporation addressed a letter to the District Collector and in turn the District Collector addressed a letter to the Municipal Corporation informing that the subject land does not belong to the Government and necessary action may be taken for process of application in accordance with law.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents herein to process the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
