HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 2371 of 2015 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders of this Court passed in WP No.28645 of 2015, dated 12.10.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, it is represented that the orders passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition are complied with by issuing the letter of acknowledgment along with annexure.

3. In view of the compliance of the orders passed by this Court by issuing the letter of acknowledgment along with annexure no further orders are necessary in the Contempt Case.

4. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
