This writ petition is filed stating that the 4th respondent is refusing to receive papers of gift deed dated 24-05-2018 for registration of land admeasuring Ac.389.97 square yards in Plot No.34 and part of the plot No.35 covered by RS.No.417/4, 418/1 of Poranki Village, Krishna District on the ground that the land in RS.No.417/4 and 418/1 of Pranki Village is pending in civil dispute in O.S.NO.59 of 2006 on the file of XII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.4832 of 2017, dated 20-02-2017 and WP.No.13779 of 2017, dated 1804-2017. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid orders, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of said orders. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 26-11-2018 Nvl
