This appeal is filed under Section 30 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, assailing the order dated 20.11.2009 passed in W.C. No.44 of 2008 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-I, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. A letter dated 28.9.2018, to that effect, was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
