THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.43599 OF 2016 ORDER:

With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not implementing the orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.6118 of 2014 dated 10.07.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and sought a consequential direction to the respondents to forthwith implement the same.

Heard Smt. G.Uma Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Services-I.

It has been contended by the petitioner that he is working as parttime lecturer with the respondents and when his services were not regularised, he has filed O.A.No.6118 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') and the Tribunal disposed of the said O.A vide orders dated 10.07.2015 holding that the petitioner is entitled for regularisation of his services. The petitioner further submits that though the Tribunal has disposed of the O.A on 10.07.2015, the respondents are not implementing the said orders. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders passed by the Tribunal have become final and the respondents are bound to implement the said orders. Learned counsel further submits that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the respondents to implement the orders of the Tribunal in O.A.No.6118 of 2014 dated 10.07.2015, within a reasonable period of time.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had submitted that the orders passed by the Tribunal would be implemented by the respondents, if reasonable time is granted. This Court, having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for both parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to comply with the orders passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.6118 of 2014 dated 10.07.2015, within ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 17th June, 2019 v v
