HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No. 2037 of 2013 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing on 22.2.2016, at request of both the counsel this Court referred the matter to the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, to be taken up on 23.2.2016 as both the parties are intending to compromise the matter. Today when the matter is taken up, it is represented by learned counsel appearing for both sides that an award has been passed with the consent of the parties and this Criminal Petition may be disposed of in terms of the said award. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of in terms of the award dt. 18.2.2016 passed by the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
