At the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 04.10.2013, the matter was adjourned to 07.10.2013. Thereafter, on 07.10.2013, as there was no representation, the matter was directed to be listed after Dasara Vacation, 2013. On 19.04.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such the matter was directed to be listed next week under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
