HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.1964 of 2016 O R D E R :

This criminal petition is filed by petitioner under section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2711 of 2015 in C.C.Sr.No.6496 of 2015, dated 1911-2015 on the file of the Court of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad, whereby the trial Court dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 296 days in representing the complaint before the Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

The reasons stated in the order passed by the trial Court are in accordance with law. There is no need for this Court to interfere with the order impugned.
