HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10302 OF 2017 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that he purchased land to an extent of Ac.4.29 guntas in Survey Nos.197/92, 197/97, 197/98, 197/99, situated at Mokilla Village, Shankarpalli Mandal, Renga Reddy District by virtue of registered sale deed vide Doc.No.3801/06 and made a representation dated 16.02.2017 for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds. As no action has been taken, present writ petition is filed.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make application in prescribed form i.e. Form 6A, by paying necessary fee and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to make application in Form 6A as per the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and on such application being filed by the petitioner, the 4th is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
