Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to suspend the notice in Lr.No./2013/D, dt.9.12.2014 issued by the 4th respondent, pending disposal of W.P.No.1865 of 2015 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K.VENKATESH Advocate for the Petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Forests (T.G.), for Respondent Nos.1 to 4, and of Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, for Respondent No.5, and the Court made the following:` ORDER:
Learned Government Pleader for Forests (Telangana) takes notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and seeks time for filing counter affidavit. He has
conceded that in a batch of Writ Petitions, viz., W.P.No.25866 of 2014 and batch, wherein orders passed identical to the impugned order were questioned, this Court has granted interim order on 12.09.2014, suspending the orders impugned therein.
In the light of the above, the impugned order in this Writ Petition is also suspended.
