HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.7060 of 2019 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in C.C.No.510 of 2018 on the file of the Court of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. 3.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the case ended in acquittal and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
