HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.14262 OF 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Heard Dr. K. Lakshmi Narasimha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri P. Rajesh Babu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 4, the learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent and Sri K. Lakshman, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the 5th respondent; and, with their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

While all the learned counsel appearing on either side would request that an order similar to that passed in W.P.No.7799 of 2018 dated 12.03.2018 be passed, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Advocate General for the State of Telangana, while submitting that the earlier modalities which prescribed nativity as a criteria would not be given effect to and fresh modalities would be prescribed for distribution of employees between the two successor Corporations, would request that, instead of the four weeks time granted by this Court in the aforesaid order, two months time be granted in the present case for determining the modalities for distribution of employees. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the other official respondents readily agreed for such an order to be passed.

We consider it appropriate, in such circumstances, to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the Managing Director, Telangana State Technology Services Limited, along with the Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh Technology Services Limited, to determine the modalities for distribution of employees between the Telangana State Technology Services Limited and the present Andhra Pradesh Technology Services Limited. The modalities, for distribution of employees, shall be finalized within two months from today, and the entire exercise of final allocation of these employees, between the two successor Corporations, shall be completed within two months thereafter.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
