HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 2425 of 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned Government Pleader for the appellants and Sri Vedula Srinivas for respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that if the appellants make statement that they shall use the subject land, which was purchased by them in 1980 in the name of Government, only for educational purpose, respondent No.1 has no objection for setting aside the impugned judgment.

Sri Narasimha Rao, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the land in question shall be used only for educational purpose even in future. His statement is recorded and accepted.

In view thereof, we dispose of this appeal setting aside the order, dated 17.03.2005, passed in W.P.No.7536 of 2004 observing that the Government shall use the land in question only for educational purpose.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
