Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the concerned Station House Officer filed final report on 13.12.2015 before the Court of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, to treat the case as a matter relating to civil dispute and sought permission to close the case, and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
