THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35039 of 2015 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioners in this case is as under: "The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any Writ, Order or direction, preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with the civil disputes in respect of Petitioners property comprising of land admeasuring Ac.2.00 guntas situated in Survey No.41/4 (part) situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingamapally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India by setting aside the said action and pending disposal of the Writ Petition direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil disputes or possession of the petitioners in respect of property comprising of land admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas situated in Survey No.41/4 (part) situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District and to pass such other order or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Smt.Jayabhanu Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that in light of the statement made by the Station House Officer, Madapur Police Station, Cyberabad, in his counter to the effect that except registering Crime No.505 of 2015, upon the private complaint made by one Ved Prakash Gupta being forwarded by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, the police authorities never harassed, threatened or interfered with the subject property of the petitioners at any point of time, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Recording the stand of the police authorities as set out hereinbefore, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order.
