O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3, who are Revenue Divisional Officer and Tahsildar to furnish copy of the enquiry report in Rc.No.352/2016-DT dated 18.6.2016. In the entire writ affidavit nowhere it is stated that the petitioner has made any application to the competent authority for issuance of the said report. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the competent authority seeking the report dated 18.6.2016. As and when such an application is made, the competent authority shall consider the same and take necessary action in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. AVS --------------------------------- 13-10-2016 Note:
