ORDER
Petitioner challenges the proceedings dated 30.03.2011. By the said proceedings of the Deputy Educational Officer, Khairatabad, Hyderabad, petitioner was directed to shift 300 students and 17 staff members of Sivani High School, Srinagar Colony, to be adjusted in nearby schools and the exercise of shifting should be completed within a week from the date of receipt of the proceedings. This Court, by order dated 07.04.2011, suspended the said proceedings. 2.
A reading of the said proceedings would disclose that in purported compliance of the direction issued by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.755 of 2011 in W.P.No.609 of 2011 dated 21.01.2011, the said orders were issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the said writ petition was filed against the proceedings dated 16.12.2010. By proceedings dated 16.12.2010, the recognition granted to the petitionerSivani High School was withdrawn. This Court suspended the said withdrawal by order dated 21.01.2011 made in W.P.M.P.No.755 of 2011 in W.P.No.609 of 2011.
3.1 Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that W.P.No.609 of 2011 was allowed setting aside the order of withdrawal of recognition. He would further submit that subsequently, the school is relocated in different premises and enjoys valid recognition as of now.
PNR, J W.P.No.9241 of 2011 He would therefore submit that in view of the subsequent developments, no further orders are required.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as no further orders are required in view of the subsequent developments. There shall be no order as to costs.
